JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of three petitioners in case FIR No.82 dated 06.07.2015 under Section 420 IPC, P.S Nangal, District Rup Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the interim protection granted by this Court, the petitioners have joined investigation and also deposited an amount of Rs.1,80,000/- before the court of learned CJM, Rupnagar.

Learned state counsel, on instructions from HC Sohan Singh, concedes that the petitioners have joined investigation and deposited the said amount and their custodial interrogation is no longer required.

In view of the above, interim protection/bail granted vide order dated 27.7.2015 by this Court is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of.
