(Oral) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing of order dated 18.11.2023 passed by the Sessions Judge, Ludhiana whereby revision against the order dated 08.04.2022 passed by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana was dismissed. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
