In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to the trial Court to accept the bail bonds and surety bonds of the petitioner in terms of the order dated 27.02.2017 (Annexure P-2), passed by the learned Judge, Special Court, Rupnagar, whereby the petitioner has been granted the concession of bail in terms of Section 167(2) Cr.P.C. in case FIR No. 109 dated 27.08.2016 registered under Section 21 of the NDPS Act (Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC added subsequently) at Police Station Kurali, District SAS Nagar (Mohali).

On 12.07.2017, following order was passed:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the trial Court had orally refused to accept the application of the petitioner for accepting the bail bonds and surety bonds, in compliance of the order dated 27.02.2017 (Annexure P-2).

In compliance of the aforesaid order, report from the learned Judge, Special Court, Rupnagar, dated 25.07.2017 has been received to the effect that since the date of passing of the order Annexure P-2, none has appeared for furnishing bail/surety bonds. Therefore, there is no question of refusal to accept the application of the petitioner for accepting the bail and surety bonds in compliance of the aforesaid order. 4.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed being frivolous.
