LISA GILL, J. (Oral) Notice of motion was issued in this case on 24.09.2016 subject to deposit of `75,000/- by the petitioner with the Registry of this Court. As per office report, no intimation regarding deposit of the said amount was received, therefore, notice could not be issued. None had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the last two occasions when this matter was taken up for hearing. There is nothing on record to indicate that the said amount of `75,000/- has been deposited by the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this matter any longer.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
