ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Custody Certificate filed in the Court is taken on record. Counsel for the State submits that out of 24 prosecution witnesses, 20 PWs have already been examined. In view of the same, counsel for the petitioners submits that, at this stage, he do not press the present petition for grant of regular bail to the petitioners and further submits that the trial Court be directed to conclude the trial considering the fact that the petitioners are in custody for more than 03 years.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of 05 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
