(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.938 dated 17.11.2018, registered at Police Station Assandh, District Karnal, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 307/323/324/326/506/34 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the investigation in the present case is already over and splendor motorcycle was recovered from the petitioner Learned State counsel on instructions has informed the Court that out of 13 witnesses, 08 have been examined and after de novo trial, 02 have been examined.
