Challenge in the present petition is for setting aside the impugned notice and voter list dated 17.03.2021/19.03.2021 (Annexure P-1) issued by respondents No. 4 & 5, whereby the respondents had finalized the voter list for Zone-IV and proposed to conduct elections on 18.04.2021. 2.

Counsel for respondent No.5 has handed over today in Court copy of the communication bearing memo No. 1162 dated 18.05.2021, as per which the election of the Managing Committee of Rewari Cooperative Marketing Society Limited has already been held and the results have been declared on 18.04.2021. He contends that no election petition against the said result has been filed by the petitioner. Taking into consideration the aforesaid developments and also the fact that the results on the basis of the said election held has already attained finality and has not been challenged by the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
