In the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner has prayed for quashing of order dated 14.06.2017 (Annexure P-1) passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gurgaon, as well as the proceedings initiated under Section 174-A IPC. A prayer has also been made for staying the further proceedings in Complaint Case No. 2630 dated 25.02.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset contends that the purpose of the instant petition would be achieved, if the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned trial Court along with application for grant of bail and the trial Court may consider the entire facts to be brought on record by the petitioner at the time of deciding his bail application. He further contends that the petitioner is an old man and his reputation would be jeopardised, if, he is sent behind the bars. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on or before Rishu Kataria 2017.07.13 14:03 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

It is, however, made clear that in case, the petitioner fails to appear before the trial Court on or before 22.07.2017, in that eventuality, this order shall automatically stands cancelled.
