       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.117 dated 08.10.2017, registered at Police Station Sadar Batala, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur, under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467 and 120-B IPC.

Vide order dated 07.06.2018 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Manjinder Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 07.06.2018 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
