H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that though the execution application filed by the plaintiffs of the decree passed on 23.3.1989 had been dismissed in default for non-appearance of the decree holder on 7.1.2006, thereafter decree holders have filed execution application after about 30 years of passing of the decree, wherein the Executing Court has asked the decree holder to furnish list of properties of respondent - JDs for the purpose of attachment of those properties.

However, the petitioners have approached this Court directly without submitting any such objections before the Executing Court. The revision petition is disposed of relegating the petitioners to the remedy of filing objections before the Executing Court, if any BANITA CHUGH 2019.03.28 15:37 I am the author of this document

CR No. 2082 of 2019 -2and if in case, they feel aggrieved by the order passed by the Executing Court on such objections, then they may approach this Court again in accordance with law.
