(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for quashing of FIR No.51, dated 15.02.2021, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Sections 201 and 232 of IPC added later on and Section 323 of IPC deleted later on), at Police Station Sonipat Sadar, District Sonipat (Annexure P-1) and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties.
