$-& This is an application under Section 11 (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties.

Mr. Sehajbir Singh, learned counsel has put in appearance on behalf of the respondents. He has no objection in appointing an independent arbitrator by this Court to resolve the dispute between the parties. 3.

In view of the aforesaid position, Mr. Justice A.K.Sikri, a retired Judge of the Supreme Court of India, is appointed as arbitrator to adjudicate upon disputes and differences between the parties. The fees shall be as may be settled by the parties with the learned arbitrator.
