(ORAL) The present second petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.329 dated 03.06.2019, under Sections 468, 420 (418 added later on) and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station, Central Faridabad, District Faridabad. This is the second anticipatory bail application. The first bail application was ordered to be withdrawn at that stage vide order dated 05.07.2019. The second anticipatory bail application was filed on the ground that he had withdrawn the earlier bail application as there were lot of errors in the copy of the FIR annexed to that petition as Annexure P-1 as the same was typed hopelessly incorrect and the same was full of mistake and did not make any sense.

CRM-M-12608-2020 -2months to file the second anticipatory bail application. The argument with respect to the COVID-19 too shall not help as the Courts were closed only in the last week of March 2020.
Even if his explanation is accepted, the petitioner does not deserve the concession of anticipatory bail. The petitioner herein is a Process Server. He alongwith other co-accused Vinod Kumar and Ankit Kumar tempered with the entries in the dispatch register. Even in the enquiry, the accused was found guilty of manipulations. Dismissed accordingly.
