Police has already presented the challan against the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.86 dated 25.04.2018 with the allegations that petitioner instead of accepting the notice, which was sent to him for acceptance, misbehaved with the police officials and also caused them injuries.

Opportunity is available to the petitioner to contest the filing of challan and legal action taken against him by the police. Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his submission only for protection of life and personal liberty of petitioner as he apprends that police may again come to his house to harass him.
