This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of complaint case bearing No.COMI/63/2017 dated 13.07.2017 and the summoning order dated 09.01.2020. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states the parties have since compromised the matter and that it has been agreed in the compromise that a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 is also to be filed.
