(ORAL) The petitioner, by way of present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prays for grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.106 dated 14.11.2023 registered under Sections 307, 323, 506, 148 and 149 of IPC & Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act at P.S. Fatehgarh Churian, District Batala.

[2] After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender before the trial Court within a period of seven days from today.

[3] Ordered accordingly.

[4] In case the petitioner surrenders himself before the Court concerned within a period of seven days from today and files his bail application, the same shall be decided within seven days thereafter, as per law.
