******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.122 dated 15.12.2014 registered for the offence punishable under Section 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station Mehna District Moga.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court on 18.07.2017 and has been allowed interim bail as per order dated 13.07.2017.

Copy of the order dated 18.07.2017 has been produced by learned counsel for the petitioner, which is taken on record. Keeping in view the fact the petitioner has appeared before the Sachin Mehta 2017.09.26 15:49 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document HIGH COURT, CHANDIGARH

CRM-M-24466-2017 -2trial Court and the trial is in progress, this petition is allowed and the order dated 13.07.2017 is made absolute subject to the condition that petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on each and every date of hearing. In the event of his non-appearance on any date, the trial Court will be competent to cancel his bail and forfeit the bail bond and surety bond and to take the petitioner in custody.
