Petitioner No.1- Aasik, aged 25 years and petitioner No.2-Anju, aged 21 years, have filed instant petition for seeking directions for protection of their lives and liberty, which is at danger at the hands of respondents No.4 to 9.

Petitioner No.1 is already married but not in good relation with his wife Shabnam-respondent No.4, thus living in a live-in relationship with petitioner No.2.

Counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the present petition.
