*** Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the matter has been compromised between the parties. There was a matrimonial dispute between Gaurav Lamba and Shivali which has since resolved amicably. Both the spouses have started living together and they have been blessed with a second child, therefore, the petition for pre arrest bail filed by the petitioner be accepted.

Learned counsel for the complainant while conceding the factum of amicable settlement between the parties states that she has no objection if the petition is allowed.

CRM-M No. 2447 of 2017 has been compromised between the parties and the challan has been filed in the Court, therefore, the petitioner is not required by the local police for further investigation.

Under such circumstances, the petition is accepted and it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in newly added Sections 376/511 IPC, he would be released on bail subject to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting officer subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
