(Oral) The petitioner through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is seeking directions to respondent NO.2 to ensure free, fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.24 dated 21.01.2023 registered at Police Station Kaithal Sadar, District Kaithal, under Sections 34, 354-B, 376, 377, 406, 498-A, 506 and 511 IPC.

Learned State counsel, who is present in Court on advance notice, submits that the investigation stands completed and challan stands presented.

On being confronted with aforesaid fact, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy as permissible by law.
