(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 0079, dated 17.03.2021, under Sections 323, 406, 498-A, 506 of IPC, registered at Police Station Chhapar, District Yamuna Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 08th June, 2021, passed by this Court, the petitioner hasjoined investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from LHC Brijesh, states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 08th June, 2021, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
