**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer is for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3, to conclude the investigation, in FIR No.195 dated 07.09.2021, under Sections 447, 511, 427, 379, 149 and 120-B IPC, Police Station Goindwal Sahib, District Tarn Taran (Annexure P-1), in a time bound manner. Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Harjinder Singh, submits that in the present case, ten accused have already been arrested and that the prosecution agency is in the process of filing the challan before the Court concerned.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

Disposed of.
