CRM-M-25419 of 2018 The petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of direction to official respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect their life and liberty from the hands of private respondents No.4 and 5.

Petitioners have an apprehension at the hands of private respondents No.4 and 5 and in this regard, they have submitted a representation dated 23.05.2018 (Annexure P-5) to the Superintendent of Police, Yamuna Nagar - respondent No.2, but no action has been taken so far. The present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2- The Superintendent of Police, Yamuna Nagar to look into the representation of the petitioners and decide the same and if required, provide the protection to the life and liberty of the petitioners by providing adequate security.
