(Oral) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing respondents to take appropriate action on letter dated 22.11.2024 (Annexure P-4), wherein respondent No.2 - Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Safidon issued the direction for making the payment to the petitioner qua the development works executed in the village. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail other remedies, in accordance with law. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
