MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition is for quashing of FIR No.13 dated 06.02.2025 under Sections 132, 221, 191(3), 190 of the BNS registered at Police Station Sadar Patti, District Tarn Taran. 2.

On a pointed query put to the learned counsel as to what was the stage of the case, he submits that the matter is still pending investigation.

In view of the fact that the matter was still pending investigation, no ground is made out for accepting the prayer made in the instant petition for quashing of the FIR. 4.

Dismissed.
