SUMEET GOEL, J.(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 (corresponding Section 439 Cr.P.C.) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.85 dated 18.08.2024, under Sections 21 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Kulgarhi, District Ferozepur.
