Mr. Raj Kaushik, Advocate for the petitioner(s). *** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 23.12.2025 (P-1) vide which petitioner is to appear for personal hearing before respondent No.3, who is an Enquiry Officer and is an interested person.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 25.12.2025 (Annexure P-2) within a time bound manner.

A.G., Haryana having been served with an advance copy of petition, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State and assures the Court that representation dated 25.12.2025 (Annexure P-2) shall be decided by passing a speaking order in accordance with law. In view of the above, and without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondent No.1- Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Haryana is directed to consider and decide the representation dated 25.12.2025 (Annexure P-2), after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Till the decision of aforesaid representation, further proceedings in the inquiry shall kept in abeyance. 6.

A copy of order so passed be supplied to the petitioner within seven days thereafter.
