*** Sudhir Mittal, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after issuance of show cause notice, no further steps have been taken and, thus, a direction be issued to the official respondents to complete the proceedings within a time bound manner. Learned State counsel submits that before completion of proceedings, procedure prescribed by law has to be followed. The same is being done and, thus, there is no necessity of issuing time bound directions. In view of the above statement of the learned State counsel, the writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
