**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (Oral) RA-CW-115-2025 Present review application has been filed for recalling the order dated 17.12.2024 passed in CWP-33964-2024 titled as Jaswinder Singh versus State of Punjab and others.

Upon notice in the application, reply was filed by the learned counsel for the respondents-State on 18.07.2025. Keeping in view the averments made in the application, which are duly supported by an affidavit as well as the reply filed by the respondents, the same is allowed.

Consequently, the order dated 17.12.2024 is recalled and the writ petition is restored to its original number and status. On the joint request of both the parties, the main writ petition is taken up today itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the arrears of the revised pension from 01.01.2016 to 30.06.2021 has not been paid to the petitioner by the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied at this stage, in case the direction is issued to respondents to pay the said amount of arrears to the petitioner immediately so that he does not suffer any prejudice. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents-State submits that detailed speaking order has been passed by authorities concerned on 28.02.2025, copy of which has been appended as Annexure R-3/1. According to the said order dated 28.02.2025 (Annexure R-3/1), the said amount of arrears is to be paid to the petitioner in installments by the respondents. 3.

Keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel recorded herein above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 4.

Ordered accordingly.

Pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, stands disposed of.
