**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 348 dated 24.08.2017 under Sections 304-B, 406, 34 and 498-A IPC, registered at Police Station Civil Lines Sonepat.

Mr. Ketan Antil, Advocate puts in appearance and files power of attorney on behalf of the complainant.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that during the interregnum alternate charge under Section 302 IPC has been added by order dated 17.02.2018.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to approach the trial Court for grant of regular bail at the first instance.
