*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of order passed by this Court on 11.06.2018, the petitioner has joined investigation and the same has been affirmed by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Shilak Ram.

Learned State counsel also submits that cancellation report has been prepared and the same is pending before the higher authorities. In view of submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, interim order dated 11.06.2018 passed by this Court in favour of the petitioner is made absolute.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
