Prayer made in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for transfer of inquiry pending with respondent No.4-ADGP, City-II, Amritsar Police, District Amritsar, which was filed on 21.08.2018. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners contended that grievance of the petitioners would be redressed if directions are issued to respondent No.3-Commissioner of Police, Amritsar to look into their representation dated 16.10.2017 (Annexure P17) and take appropriate action thereon, expeditiously.
