***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, as well as respondent, despite the case having been called twice. Perusal of the paperbook reveals about the present revision petition to be filed against order of dismissal of the ejectment petition, passed by learned Rent Controller, which was further affirmed by learned Appellate authority.

Seemingly, the petitioner is not interested to pursue the present revision petition and as such, the same is dismissed for want of prosecution, with the revival clause, as and when anyone makes appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
