******* ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.70 dated 14.04.2020 under Section 15 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station City Nawanshahr, District SBS Nagar.

While granting interim bail to the petitioner, following order was passed by this Court on 21.05.2020: - "It is contended by the counsel for the petitioner that the case against the petitioner is concocted. Nothing has been recovered from the petitioner as such. The recovery involved in the case was effected from the co-accused of the petitioner. The petitioner has been sought to be involved in the case only on the basis of the disclosure statement of the co-accused..."

In virtual Court CRM-M-12671-2020 -2Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for any further investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, has not disputed the factual position and states that the petitioner is no more required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 21.05.2020 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
