   Heard.

In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, being a pure matrimonial dispute, together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in ironing out differences and resolving the personal dispute, the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.45 dated 28.05.2014 registered at Police Station Women Cell, District Ludhiana under Sections 406, 4989A IPC and all consequences arising thereof are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
