**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel submits that petitioner No.1 was married to Arunesh Kumar. Petitioner No.1 has been granted divorce on 12.07.2012. After the divorce, the petitioner along with her son is residing with her father. As per MLR (Annexure P-1) the private respondents have came their house and caused injuries to her. In this regard, a complaint (Annexure P-3) has been given to the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana (respondent No.2) but no action has been taken thereon.
In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana (respondent No.2), to look into the complaint dated 10.05.2016 (Annexure P-3), filed by the petitioner(s), in accordance with law.
