(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to get released the motorcycle bearing No.PB11BE4559, newly purchased TVS Jupiter, blank cheque issued by the State Bank of Patiala and blank signed papers from the illegal custody of respondents No.3 to 5.

Learned State counsel submits that none of the abovesaid articles/documents was taken into possession by the police. In view of above, instant petition is dismissed, being devoid of any merit and for want of prosecution as well. (RAMENDRA JAIN) October 31, 2018 JUDGE R.S.
