MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The present petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 846 dated 24.11.2018 under Sections 302, 201, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been in custody since 28.11.2018 and trial has not yet concluded. Hence, he be extended the concession of bail. Per contra, learned counsel for the State while opposing the prayer made by the learned senior counsel, on instructions from ASI Rajeev Kumar, submits that the case is likely to conclude very shortly as it is now fixed for defence evidence and final arguments for 03.03.2022.
