"#  $ Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a Complaint under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act titled as 'Srabjit Singh v. Nitin Gupta' pending in the Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Balachaur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record copy of the orders dated 05.02.2015 whereby in compliance of the RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.05.15 15:36 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court



   orders dated 23.01.2015 passed by this Court the petitioner has furnished bail/surety bonds on putting in appearance before the trial Court and has been allowed bail, in view of which the order granting interim bail to the petitioner dated 23.01.2015 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. However, it is made clear that the trial Court shall be at liberty to proceed ahead into the matter for this willful absence of the petitioner under Section 446 Cr.P.C. With these observations, the present petition stands disposed off.
