I have heard the learned counsel for the State and with his able assistance gone through the material available on record.
It is the third application of the petitioner for grant of bail before this Court. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Palwinder Singh of Police Station, Jhander, District Amritsar, Rural, has pointed out that commercial quantity of 3000 tablets of Microlit attracting the mischief of Section 22 of MEENU 2015.02.21 12:13 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
CRM-M-24550-2014 (O&M) (2) the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, was recovered. The prosecution has led its entire evidence except one witness whose cross-examination is to be conducted by the defence.
In view of the bar created under Section 37 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, no ground for bail to the petitioner is made out. Dismissed.
