ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in complaint case No.22-ICIS No.930/2018 dated 20.05.2014 filed under Sections 3 of the SC & ST Act and 452, 354, 323 and 506 IPC.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been summoned by the trial Court. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the trial Court and apply for regular bail.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court and apply for regular bail.
