Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.239, dated 24.04.2014, under Sections 420, 409, 506, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Jagadhri City, District Yamuna Nagar. Heard.

Petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2015. Co-accused Karan Chand was ordered to be released on bail by this Court vide order dated 29.05.2015, Annexure P-5.

Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri. August 24, 2015 (SABINA) kapil JUDGE
