Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the order dated 28.02.2002, whereby the services of the petitioner were dispensed with. 2.

A perusal of the file reveals that though initially the impugned order was stayed by the Division Bench on 22.03.2002, however, based on the judgment passed in CWP-5283-2002 titled as Veero Devi vs. State of Punjab and Another, decided on 18.11.2013, the same was vacated on 24.01.2003. 3.

The petitioner is stated to have expired.

Disposed of reserving the LRs of the petitioner with a liberty to get it revived, in case, lis still subsists.
