 Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.175 dated 02.12.2021, registered under Sections 379B, 452, 506, 120-B IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Pinangwan, District Nuh.

Vide order dated 26.05.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

             

        



Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Mool Chand, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 26.05.2022 PARVEEN KUMAR 2022.09.22 06:59 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
