 Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.229 dated 26.12.2020, registered at Police Station Bichhor, District Nuh, under Sections 5 and 13(2) of the Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015.

Vide order dated 26.05.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

             

        



Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Amar Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 26.05.2022 PARVEEN KUMAR 2022.09.23 06:02 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
