Learned counsel for petitioner-CBI submits that investigation in case bearing FIR No.102 dated 26.02.2016 registered at Police Station Urban Estate, Rohtak was handed over to CBI and a fresh FIR bearing No.RC05120S0006 dated 14.02.2017 was registered by the CBI. Special Designated Court to hear the cases investigated by CBI has been constituted at Panchkula. However, Haryana Police presented challan against some of the accused in FIR No.102 dated 26.02.2016 at Rohtak which are to be clubbed with the final report submitted by the CBI. Keeping in view the above facts, this petition is allowed and the trial Court dealing with cases registered under FIR No.102 dated 26.02.2016 at Police Station Urban Estate, Rohtak, is directed to transfer all such cases/proceedings to Special Judge (CBI), at Panchkula.
