       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.197 dated 12.03.2022, registered at Police Station Ambala Cantt., under Sections 148, 149, 186, 323, 332, 353, 379-B and 506 IPC.

Vide order dated 18.04.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Balkar Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
