ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.50 dated 06.05.2018 registered under Sections 379-B, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code (in short 'IPC') at Police Station B-Division, District Amritsar.

The operative part of the order dated 18.07.2018, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner, is reproduced as under:- "....Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aged about 20 years and is not involved in any other case. It is further submitted that the police has arrested co-accused Sawan Kumar @ Tuti and recovery has already been effected from him. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that on the disclosure statement of said Sawan Kumar @ Tuti, the petitioner was involved in the present FIR and he is ready to join the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI MOHD YAKUB 2018.10.29 15:39 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh

CRM-M No.25489 of 2018 (O&M) Gurpartap Singh, has not disputed the fact that the petitioner is not involved in any other case and submits that he be directed to join the investigation. List again on 29.10.2018...."

Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 18.07.2018, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Satnam Singh, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 18.07.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
