Seeking directions to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take action against respondent Nos.4 to 6 in the FIR captioned above for criminal trespassing and threatening the petitioner and her son and further directing respondent No.2 to protect life and liberty of the petitioner, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Section 482, Cr.P.C. 2.
State counsel submits that cancellation report in the matter, has been prepared on 20.12.2023 . As such, nothing survives in the petition and the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

Given above, let the cancellation report be filed before the trial Court concerned positively by 31.10.2024 and the present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. Liberty reserved to the petitioner to file protest petition or to take other legal remedies in accordance with the law. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. It is clarified that the trial court shall afford reasonable opportunities to the petitioner to file protest petition.
