On asking of the Court, Mr. Deepak Sabharwal, Addl.A.G Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.121 dated 05.03.2020, registered at Police Station City Fatehabad, District Fatehabad, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 21 (b) and 27A of NDPS Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was named in the F.I.R on the disclosure statement of Sumitra, from whom the alleged contraband of 20.20 grams heroin was recovered. Nothing has been recovered from the petitioner.

Learned State counsel on the other states that the allegations against the petitioner that she supplied the alleged contraband to Sumitra and further the petitioner is involved in seven other criminal cases out of GAURAV ARORA 2020.06.05 12:33 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Crl. Misc. No. M-13589 of 2020 -2which three cases are under NDPS Act.

Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has supplied the contraband and the fact that she is involved in three other cases under NDPS Act, no case is made out for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Dismissed.
